Re: Gun control advocates are in full swing after shooting

in't it great Lynda? It's the same here. Membership in my gun club has risen into the hundreds. The club is very "woman shooter" friendly. Female instructors for women. My wife has become an avid shooter, something I thought was highly unlikely. Close to half of the members are women. Our ...

Re: Gun control advocates are in full swing after shooting

Gun control advocates are in full swing after the latest shooting that killed two, but they don't want you to see this sad story in which five people were killed with a knife. The fact is, there are people out there that will kill. They use guns, knifes, cars, rock, bombs, and so on and so on. Givi...

Re: 4 Marines killed in "act of domestic terrorism "

I could see us letting the military in Texas have guns. They would swear the feds are going to take them over. We have so many nuts anymore that no one can do anything right. Something does need done about these people getting shot. I'm not sure why we ever let these people in, but Europe did the s...

Re: 4 Marines killed in "act of domestic terrorism "

I for one am a bit suspicious that it seems these shooters all seem to meet the same fate. You'd think great care would be taken to apprehend them alive, not to stand trial, but to gain valuable information. There will be many more to come. It will start with military targets but as the fever takes...

Re: For The Experts

My .02 I have shot .25s that worked well and could hit what you aimed at but I have also shot some that would not hit what you aimed at nor feed correctly . Hope yours works well and hits the target . I do agree with OAR it is weak but will do the job at close range like barrel to flesh .... Which,...

Re: Self-defense without a gun?

When conditions deteriorate, what's your plan for defending yourself if you need to do so? Hubby has the gun, and hubby isn't around, and there's a guy coming at you, from the front, from behind, from the side. We'll say that he doesn't have a gun either, so that sort of levels the playing field. W...

Re: Rebel Flag

I am thankful for the removal of the Confederate Battle Flag from the South Carolina State Capitol Building. The flag is to be respected and cherished as a symbol of Southern heritage. To have the flag fly over a State that would allow a first generation Indian-American Sikh woman to become a RINO ...

Re: 2016 Ben Carson~ I'd like to see every American armed ..

Let me understand. The OP throws around Scriptural verses, gets rebuttals and now decides that religion is off-topic? SMH

Re: 2016 Ben Carson~ I'd like to see every American armed ..

My feeling, for what it's worth, is that this thread really belongs in the faith sub-forum or the political free for all sub-forum. Does tossing Scripture back and forth belong in General Family Preparedness?
