Re: Forum and Server Upgrade Soon - There will be Hiccups

We will be updating both the forum and the server sometime within the next couple of weeks. If there is anything to be certain of, there will be hiccups for sure. . . . . . . . . . . . We are not Burger King and customer service is not my forte. So if we have any snowflakes who feel inconvenienced ...

Re: A Lucky Treat

Good price for an expensive can! Also good to have on hand for those fruits you won't be able to get in SHTF scenarios. I keep apple pie filling on hand all the time. Great on pancakes & french toast, or as a sweet fruity side with other dinners! -k

Re: Prepper's Paradise

I think there are TWO types of 'Preppers Paradise: One for living and one for shopping. I'd go for an area like described for pre-SHTF shopping choices, but would opt for the more rural, farm/land type of area for my actual bug-out or living! We're suburb, and I'd LOVE to be more rural, but it's jus...

Re: Election results and prepping

I'm feeling a sigh of relief that Hillary is not in office but last night on mom's FB page some were sharing a few tweets & FB posts they were coming across mentioning organizing against the vote, last night and starting trouble. One specifically mentioned they have 2 months to do this. -k

Re: Putting Together a Written Plan

This is a good topic! I would love it, if folks would share the 'topics' that they have included in their plans. The format used. Maybe even formatted templates that we could fill in with our own info? This is something that I started and never finished. I agree, HOW to USE some of the things you ha...

Re: Russia: **** ALERT ****

RM, my only issue is why ewouldn't the WH make a call to the NSA to say knock it off once the POTUS personal email was revealed? Tho he's a shorttimer he could easily make heads roll before he leaves office. UNLESS, their plan is to shred the economy with a false flag, grid down event to put Trump ...

Re: Russia: **** ALERT ****

There's no coincidence that Wikileaks just released the private email that the POTUS uses and Twitter goes down for hours today. This isn't Russia, this is us. Russia said it plans for the assault on Aleppo to begin in two weeks. Another well timed coincidence. Saw this, earlier today, but wasn't a...

Re: Methods of Freezing

How about a freeze dryer:
Screen Shot 2016-09-23 at 11.01.51 PM.png

They are pricey to buy, now. But the foods have a 25 year shelf life, once processed. It's on my wish list. But that's probably as far as it'll get, at the current cost.
