Re: U.S Government Issued Rare Public Warning

Thank you for this post! I believe this is the root of future risks. Why chance war or retaliation, when you could inflict massive damage and avoid proof of guilt? There are still primitives like Islam and North Korea, but our greatest risks will be far more sophisticated. Imagine a force like China...

Re: EMPs (Electro Magnetic Pulse)

My field IS electronics. Been doing it for about 40 years. Saying that "Nor is there any definitive studies that shows homemade cages will offer much protection!" is a little like saying there are no studies that show a homemade tire swing will hold someone off of the ground. If you think...

Re: EMP-Korea Concerns & Discussions #7 (Oct 2017)

Why did we end up in wars in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and military engagements in Panama and Grenada- were those countries or leaders a threat to us? Great question to ask our leaders and the truth is always the same - resources and strategic advantages! Not one of those locations threatened the integr...

Re: EMPs (Electro Magnetic Pulse)

Perhaps I missed something in all my reading about EMP, but small items like solar garden lights have very limited wiring (exposure) and may not be damaged! Nor is there any definitive studies that shows homemade cages will offer much protection! There is little agreement on anything other than grid...

Re: EMP-Korea Concerns & Discussions #7 (Oct 2017)

Discussions like this are why most people think Preppers are whacko's! How long has NK been making threats? Have they ever carried one out? China has stated they will do nothing, unless we attack first! We should ignore him and be ready to respond, should he (or anyone else) actually do something! ...

Re: Type II Diabetes

Type II Diabetes is a cash cow and the treatment is often worse than the disease. Most cases will responds to dietary changes and activity, but there is no money in that approach. Please note I said dietary changes and not diet! An improved diet will do more for your health than just weight loss, al...

Re: Influenza

You may find the following site helpful. You can choose either your state or a zip code. It will give you the latest reported figures. Keep in mind that there may be a delay in reporting and many people don't dash to the Doctor unless they are really sick. It is a personal choice, but I would advise...

Re: Las Vegas attack

All the speculation, it is pure crap! I would guess by the sound, it was not full auto, perhaps a bump stock. Still a guess at best. Too many weapons with him to be well thought out or the work of a professional. I would guess some kind of mental disorder is involved. We may have some facts in the c...

Re: The Problem

The news broadcasters are like a buzzard looking for that dead road kill so they can feast , they search just for that right shot and view and sing there song over and over . That is the root of the problem! Does anyone actually know what is happening? Just like all the sad stories of helpless peopl...
