So what's next?

No open fires period? It would produce the same amount of "pollution" as a wood stove would.

THere was a story on the news a few days ago about Richard Nixon and what would have been his 100th birthday. They were going over his many accomplishments and one of them was him creating the EPA. I wonder if he would be happy with what it has become?

I remember being outside of Mexico City many years ago. It was early morning and tens of thousands were cooking with wood, coal, twigs, or whatever else. It was unreal. Make any stove cost thousands of dollars and few people will have stoves. If they regulate stoves can fireplaces be far behind? I doubt this is about air quality and more about limiting our future choices to keep us in pens. Swamp

I heat with a wood stove as does about half of my county. About half or more of my county are hunters. Most of the people in my county own multiple firearms. I really don't think that a bunch of tree huggers will get very far telling us to desist burning wood for heat.
I also have solar panels. Its probably just a matter of time before they try to fine us for stealing sunshine.

And don't think it can't be done. You don't own the rain that falls on your land in Oregon from what I hear. Very sad state of affairs. Swamp

It's our only source of heat in here, aside from a "wave" heater I use in small rooms at the other end of our funky house. Soooo, they want to take our freakin' HEAT? It was 17 degrees up here last night. They'd better bring their arsenal and FOUR dudes up here to carry it out! :cursing:

Soon we will limits on how much electricity we can use per day.
How many Calories we can consume.
How many children you can have.

Look at Europe, you get arrested for Home Schooling in Germany, Sweden and other countries.

The JBT want to regulate every aspect of your life. It's for the Children.

And they wil come up with regulations for that. Seriously folks, we need to nip this in the bud. Not just the EPA, but anything that threatens OUR Constitution.

Perhaps we can come up with heaters that burn methane since it looks like it's time to feed the pigs. (Inside joke).
