That's the point of the Unimog.

Re: BOV Diesal engine carMogs are great! I wish I could have a couple! (stupid ping pong balls. . .
)The first time I saw a Mog in person was about 4 years ago, about 50 miles from my house. There were several other people gawking at it besides me, both as I walked up to it, and after I walked away. Haven't seen another one since. Seen lots of M-B wagons. . . probably didn't notice a great many more than I'd actually seen - and had register on my consciousness. . . Just sayin'. . . ![]() "The budget should be balanced, the Treasury refilled, public debt reduced, the arrogance of officialdom tempered, and assistance to foreign lands curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. Look at the Northern Tool site. They have a great choice of Aux tanks in multiple configurations along with pumps, etc. "Prepare for the worst, hope for the best"
"Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." If one doesn't learn from the Past, then they are sure to repeat it. Is that the way we want to go?

Thanks for the memory jog fren2ken . . . You can also look at West Marine/BoatUS, Boater's world, etc for marine fuel tanks - they come in MANY variations in terms of dimensions, capacity, and configuration, as well as fixed vs portable. Re: BOV Diesal engine carI would vote on swapping in a duramax into a GM SUV. I did it and have since enjoyed it everyday. Nothing like 21MPG doing 70mph on a 3/4 ton Yukon XL that is pulling 480HP and 609 ftlbs of torque.

A Unimog is on my "wish list"...Don't know if I'd ever be able to afford one, but it's the vehicle I want.
