Too many people think a big safe makes everything safe. Or a heavy safe is the answer. The best use for a big, heavy safe - is to act as a decoy. You would be better served with several small, well hidden safes than a big one. Swamp

The article said there were no signs of forcible entry into the home. Either the owner left the door unlocked or someone had access to the key or knew where the spare key was hidden.
