Augason Farms - dehydrated foods

Postby paladin » Mon Feb 07, 2011 8:39 pm

Been researching since Mountain House and others are out of stock.

Have any of you used Augason Farms dried stuff? Does it equal others... Maybe it all comes from the same tap and packaged into brand named containers, kinda like beer......

I like Augason Farms. They've had a name change (Used to be Blue Chip if I remember correctly.) They are one of the bigger players in food storage and have been around for at least six years (I first purchased Morning Moo from them in 2005.) With the new name, they have moved to a more mainstream retail strategy. You can now purchase Augason Farms from Sam's Club.

My wife and I have also been looking at picking up some of this at Sam's. Maybe a good option since no shipping and the price seems pretty decent. We will have to buy a small amount and try it out.

Use the search feature and see the reviews on Augason Farms products that have been posted on APN...

And yes AF actually sells, packages and custom lables products for other Comapnies who sell LTFS... If you have any questions call Mr. Lynn Chatterton at the AF corporate offices, he is a great man..
