I guess this would be considered human powered given the options. It's basically a light powered by a falling weight, but they've also made it to where it could be used to power other things, with their examples being a radio, and rechargeable batteries, though I'm sure it would work on other things as well. It was also designed to be cheap and low maintenance, as it was being designed to be used in isolated villages in Africa. All that might need replacing after extended use would be the gears, but those store very well compared to batteries.
