I've been starting the day for over a month or more eating steel cut oats. I'm doing it now to try and reduce my cholesterol. I love eggs and dairy and would normally start my day with those but not of late.

It's pretty good stuff though and does hold you for quite some time, helping you not to be so hungry. It would be a good product to put back, would be good with things like condensed milk in my opinion. But then I don't mind powdered and packaged milk products.
