I went to the cannery today. What an impressive operation! I picked up several things. I did not see the zucchini. I will have to look for it next time. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Good trip!

I di not make it, as the wife wants to go to Rod's Friday, we will be making the trip then. We did pick up a canning set and will using it to make pickles as a test deal.

I hope the pickles go well I also recently got a canner and I hope to begin canning soon.

Basketchick, did you go early? My appointment was at 10:30 and it was pretty crazy in there. That group was cranking out the product. I was amazed. I got to help with the dry milk a little bit.

Did you package your items there? I didn't observe anyone using the canner machine. Interested in how that works, ect.?

Yes, I packaged my items there. I did not ge to use the cannery. I was helping to settle the milk. Both canners were going the whole time I was there. Maybe next time.

How do you get an updated price list? This one is two years old now. I wonder if its still good? Can anybody help?
